🔹 1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • The eSIM has not been activated or installed.
  • You report a technical issue that prevents eSIM usage, and our support team cannot resolve it.
  • You purchased the wrong eSIM plan and have not used any data or activated the eSIM.

Note: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.


🔹 2. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot issue refunds in the following cases:

  • The eSIM was successfully activated and used, partially or fully.
  • The device is not compatible with eSIM but was not verified beforehand.
  • Issues caused by incorrect setup or failure to follow provided installation instructions.
  • Loss of connectivity due to network restrictions or travel regulations in the destination country.

  • Screenshot or error message (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

If your refund is approved:
